You pay full purchase price to own a cottage 365 days a year, no matter how many days a year you use it.	You only pay for the number of weeks you set aside during the year.
Cottage can be inherited, exchanged or sold.	Cottage can be inherited, exchanged or sold.
As an owner, you are responsible for all cottage maintenance.	All maintenance costs are shared among all owners, making your ownership carefree as all the work is done by a professional maintenance team.
You are responsible for security year-round.	Security is provided year round with on-site security personnel.
You are responsible for opening and closing the cottage each year, cleaning and getting it ready for use.	Your cottage is professionally cleaned prior to your stay. Your stay at The Shorelines Marina Club requires nothing more than food and clothes.
Cottage is built to cottage standards.	Our cottages at The Shorelines Marina Club are built to the highest quality and energy efficiency standards allowing your maintenance costs to be low as possible and minimizing your environmental impact.
You are responsible for supplying your own recreational goods.	You and your family will have access to outdoor recreational goods such as canoes, paddleboats, kayaks and outdoor kid’s playground.
It would be difficult for your kids to be social when the next cottage is an acre away.	At The Shorelines Marina Club, we plan to build a safe and social community for your children for many years to come.
You take full responsibility for all the details of renting out your cottage if you choose to do so.	At The Shorelines Marina Club, you don’t have to deal with the details of renting your cottage. The management team can provide this service to you.
Your cottage will be your only vacation retreat.	At The Shorelines Marina Club, owners will be members of RCI. This allows you to exchange or trade your weeks with 3.8 million other members worldwide, giving you access to 4,500 resorts located in 100+ countries.
